Control Arm Issue

Control Arm Issue
So, I had a bushing that needed replaced on the rear lower control arm. I had so much fun trying to put the new one in (<--sarcasm) that I decided to try and take the control arm off to get better access. In the picture below, you'll see the issue I ran into (not sure what its called). I start loosening the bolt, got it a couple turns and then it got stuck. Now I can't keep an end wrench on the inside to keep the bolt from spinning (end wrench keeps popping out and up).
Well, I switched focus back to the bushing and got the changed and left the loosened bolt were it was because I knew it wasn't going anywhere.
Now it clunks over every bump. Went back in today to tighten and I just can't keep an end wrench in there, nor a pair of vise grips.
Any ideas how to get it tightened up??
