Default Cross reference help- Name this Distributor

Wondering if anyone out there can help find this distributor..... in a Domestic. My apologies for asking a JDM question on this forum but can't seem to find an answer.

I have an oddball 3 cyl mits and need a distributor replacement.

Mostly because I can't find the internal sensor/harness anywhere.
part number J922 (like a crank sensor to send signal to injectors) it's inside the distributor.

added photos incase someone recognizes it from photos.

Might even come from even a Geo metro, Suzuki swift.

the OEM number is: MD618667

It also goes by this number 14428A

I have had luck finding domestic parts that work fine it's always the cross reference that is the killer.

Any help would be great.
Thanks

Most Japanese cars use Denso distributors. The model of Mitsubishi you have could be researched for the OEM number using the Global Denso site. The camshaft sensor is built in to the distributor... the whole distributor must be replaced.
