diamante starting problem

diamante starting problem
2000 Diamante , great running car, as of late, every time it gets damp it wont start, then 2 0r 3 days later it starts. 3 times I have towed the vehicle to repair shops and then it starts. Cant diagnose problem unless it remains non starting. Very frustrated. I cant tell if its an electrical or fuel problem.
Any suggestions????? Help
