Default Disable all wheel drive

I need to tempararily disable the all wheel drive system on a Galant to do an emission test as the tester only has a 2WD dyno.
Any ideas on how to do this?

When I did my 3000GT, they didn't do the dyno. Still completed the test and passed.

if you attempt to drive it like that, you'll destroy the viscous coupling and the center differential in no time at all. It will overheat in a very short tim and weld itself into a solid clump.
ive seen it done.

all they do for the emission is put your car in nutral and rev it to the RPM's needed. for the test.

not sure what emission test you're talking about, but that certainly doesnt test anything.

most AWD cars are actually exempt from testing for this very reason, though.

you don't have to spin the tires to make emissions, i thought everyone knew that, i did the emission on my mom's jeep with four wheel drive.
