Hey everyone, i am currently shopping for my first ever lancer. I planning on getting an used one btw. So heres the thing, i found this car with tons of awesome feature but the thing is the car seems to be lower on one side (driver side ) in the pictures. I was wondering if all lancer were made this way because of the engine/driver weight over time. This car has been in 2 accidents on the left side (driver side). They did a good job repairing the exterior but is it possible the suspension or something else was damaged broken to make the car lowered ? What do you think. heres the pic .

I had the same car..bought it new in 2009...It does look a bit low on the front driver's side...might just be the floor its parked on in the picture...dunno. If I were you..I would take it to a trusted mechanic for a full inspection....it will cost you a few bucks but you will know if there is any suspension or frame damage. Since the car has been in an accident (s) there is a good chance something might be bent on the underside. On a positive note...the mileage is pretty low for a 2009...I would push the dealership for a better price if it checks out OK...and also a full detailing,,inside and out...the interior looks like it could use it...Best of Luck..let us know how it works out.
