No jerk off, he asked a question, and I am going to give an answer. You on the other hand, get you're answer and bitch about it.

To cut a long story short, there are ZERO legit gas saving devices, they are all horse shizzle : )

Google hypermiling, that should help.

I am not a mechanic, but my hubby is. He always tells me the 3 main rules to saving gas are - tire pressure, no lead foot, and (makes sense now that I think about it!) DON'T keep your gas tank full. 1/2 tank is the best place. Toting around a full tank makes your car heavier and eats up your gas. Also, use Lucas or a similar gas treatment every 3 weeks to a month. They are NOT a rip-off. Eight years in my eclipse and NO PROBLEMS EVER! And the tip of regular PM's is THE BEST advice. DO NOT skimp onthe PM.

It is now enough said about gas saving and once again shold be noted - ebay is not a good place to shop for your car needs, unless you don't give a rat's tail about it...
Save gas - change your driving habits :-).
When youspeed and give it a hard foot, rest assured - extra money go out yourpocket through thetail pipe.
I'm just back from 1 week vacation spent in BC, Canada. Lots of mountain road driving and plenty of gas burnt...
I think once in a while your car should be driven to the limits on highway to ensure the engine's good health.
I hope you all agree.

Best.
