Default Electrical frustration!

I have been having a few issues as of late with my 2002 2.4L Eclipse. They are as follows;

1) The headlights are in reverse in regards to function. When lever is pulled for high-beam the lights project low and vice verse.

2)When headlights are turned on the passenger side turn lamp stays solid and very faintly blinks when right turn signal is applied.

3)When the headlights are turned on the right turn arrow stays illuminated on the instrument panel.(When headlights are off turn lamp function works properly. Both bulbs have been replaced)

4)When the headlights are turned on the rear driver tail light assembly fails to illuminate the turn lamp in unison with the break light. When a left turn signal is applied it blinks but doesn't stay illuminated like it's supposed to when the headlights are turned on. The passenger side illuminates both the break light and turn lamp w/o issues.(All bulbs in both assembly have been replaced but to no resolve.)

Please help! Any and all suggestions greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your time and input in advance.

Shawn

Been there before with electrical problems. The only way to fix this is to study the electrical schematic of your vehicle until you understand how the "afflicted" circuits work. Then you will be able to know why they are not working correctly. Sorry, no easy answer for electrical problems.
