Hi,

I was after getting some pics of the evo block to see if mitsubishi deleted the RWD castings off the evo spec block.

I know that VR4 engines still have the side mounts on them.

I have a rear mounted 4G63 single cam carby engine and i have seen the VR4 engines mounted the same way. I am picking up an EVO 3 engine in a few days and i hope it will sit on the same mounts without too much worry. I realise that the turbo will be facing the wrong way, and the thermostat outlets are at the rear of the engine.



Second thing is that i heard a rumour that only the EVO4 and later cranks are 7 bolt and all the others are 6. I always thought all the EVO's were 7 bolt.
