Galant Rough Idle

2004 Galant, 4 Cylinder, 81,000 miles. Replaced plugs, idles rough for 3-5 seconds after starting engine cold. Idles rough at stop signs with the AC on.
Any suggestions?

From:

sounds like a power issue. Check the battery terminals for corrosion. And also check the voltage that the battery is putting out
