Looking for some help/advice please.

I have a R Reg Pajero

I idiotically managed to somehow put pertol into my tank instead of diesel. I drove for a few miles then my jeep cut out, My tank has since been drained and cleaned but I still have an issue.

I have very little power under 2000rpm and when I shift through the gears there is alot of smoke coming out of my exhaust.

Could there possibly be petrol clogged in one of my injectors.

there could possibly be a blown head gasket.
