driving my car yesterday, and someone stopped me and told me i was blowing blue smoke bad...could be rings, or valve seals...im not to sure though, anyone know how to tell which problem it is....and how much it is to fix, and if you or know someone who can...let me know

 

when valve seals start to go out, you will puff some blue smoke taking off and it will clear up to some extent while driving, rings will make it smoke all the time. Sounds like you are due for a overhaul.
