Help needed pls...
Hi was looking frantically around for a forum specially dedicated to Mitsubishi cars, until i found this.
I recently purchased a 2004-2005 1.6 Lancer GLX (Asian model).. man mitsubishi cars ROX!!! My Dad had two previous Mitsubishis n i decided to stick with the brand... n i'm still impressed.
Thats all the good part, unfortunately i got my car stained with emulsion paint parking it near some renovation works. The stains on the body r not so obvious though but those on the weatherstripping n rubber mouldings r an eyesore. Anyone here can pls give me suggestions on how to remove them?
Any suggestions pls, it would be deeply appreciated...Thanx

There is a substance called "Back to Black" it is made by MOTHERS I think.
Go to the local autoparts store and look arond the auto detailing section. Use it repeatedly. It will eventually work the black back in. It is NOT a black dye, it is white actually. Works great on plastics and rubber.

Thanx for the reply friend, but i'm residing in Singapore, so i dun think "mother's" autocare products r available here, is there any other product you might know of that would help?
My friend told me to use tyre black to paint the moulding, is that advisable?
Also can anyone pls give me suggestions to remove scratches from a scratched instrument panel cover... thanx alot once again guys...
