How do I change the Serpentine belt on a 2008 lancer?

The wifes lancer GTZ belt went out tonight on the highway. How do I put the new one on?

From:

loosen the tension from the tensioner and pull it off. SHouldnt be too difficult

Is it a pully or is it a bolt to release the belt?
