Default I did it!!! So I thought...

I just finished replacing all my stock speaker wire for 16 gauge cable. Replace the infinity head unit as well as the proprietary amp. Since I cut the wiring harness, I had to try every piece of wire. I realized that I didnt connect the wire for the power antenna, but dont think it may be factor. When I tried bringing up the soft top, it would not work. I had to close it manually. I thought may be the antenna 12v wire may share the same wire with the soft-top motors. But I do not think it'san electrical problem with the soft-top, since it does go through the sequence of bringing down the windows and the motor on the soft-top starts clicking.

Well, any suggestions. A bad idea is one not put into practice.

Thanks...

Weird....Perhaps the power antenna provides a signal for the top operation. Such as the antenna goes uponly whenthe car is turned on....so if the antenna isn't getting power, the top motors think that maybe the car isn't turned on? It's a weird problem....
