i have 4 streetglow ultra mini 3" neons and dont know where to put them in my 03 eclipse??

Well i happen to like the neon effect under and in the vehicle,as far as to where you are placing them thats entirley up to you.
I would put them on each side underneath the console, and the other two mounted to the bottom of the rear seat.
But thats just me, i would rather illuminate the floor than have the lights visible to all you pass.
