I recently came across a nice set of wheels which happen to have a universal 4 lug pattern. My question is if there was any possibly way, maybe a conversion kit, that could convert my 5x114.3 hubs to fit a universal 4 lug pattern. Thanks

 

no you cannot. Atleast not without spending a rediculous amount of money. Or using a cheap adapter that will give you more problems then you want to deal with
