okay thanks. there was no CEL (apparently not working) and i pulled 4 codes. 1- idle control system malfunction. 2- cylinder 1 misfire detected. 3- TPS/pedal position sensor A circuit malfuntion. 4- P1105 which i am going to try to look up. i guess it is a manufacturer specific code. i really miss my old cars...[&o] I cleared all the codes and am going to drive it tomorrow and see what comes back. any ideas on what all those mean other than i have problems? thanks, corey

man this is like the third time ive seen these codes in the last month here. HAHA.

P1105 = Fuel Pressure Solenoid (usually its just that the connectors are corroded) Check out the eclipse FAQ section and go to the visual engine bay to find the location. But i dont see how this would cause all these problems.

But i guess see what comes back onand get back to us. Also could you include all the code #'s. Also you might want to replace that bulb for the CEL

Okay here are the codes, P0505, P0301, P0120, and P1105. I've driven about 200 miles and no more codes but it still stumbles. I was wondering about the lack of blow off valve recirculation? Mine just blows out into space. I know it's rich and read another thread about these type of bov's hurting performance and messing up readings for the computer. Mileage sucks, about 21 mpg, my dodge dually gets 22....I think I owe you a christmas card if I ever get this figured out...

Took the car to a shop today. They re-gapped the plugs to 28 instead of Napa's sugg. 48 and adjusted TPS and idle air mix. YEA!!!!! They think my coils might be weak but it's working good finally. It holds at 15 lbs, no more stumble. Thanks for all the info and help...and yes I put in a new CEL bulb Hope I never see it. Corey
