Default more questions

I already asked this in the lancer forum but...i want anyone who would know to read it. I drive a 02 Lancer ES...I want an aftermarket shift ****, only question is, which one? I like the heavy one by GReddy and the plain Skunk2 one, but they're metal, so, are metal ***** really a big pain in the ***? Also, I have no idea which ones will work with my transmission. Any opinions on ***** you have or have used would be great.
