I have a 2006 Mitsubishi Rs Lancer and I recently changed the spark plugs and air filter and after a day my idle starts to jump when I am parked.....Can anyone give me a clue or hint or answer tothis problem? I'verecheckedeverything....I did get an oil change on Monday but can't think of anything that mighthavecaused the jump. Thanks

 

did you reconnect the air flow sensor after you did the filter. Also make sure that the spark plugs have the proper gap that is specified by mitsu. I have seen to often that these "pregapped" plugs are wrong

 

Omg thats right they came pregapped so I didn't bother changing it.

Does anyone know the gap size that is used? or a link that can tell me?
