Exclamation Need help!!!!! Car won't start!!!!

I really need help here!!! A week ago I was driving down the road at 60mph in 5th gear when suddenly my car lost power and I couldn't pop start it while still rolling. After pulling over, I tried starting it again and it fired right up. I was able to drive about .2 miles when it did the exact same thing. When I started it again, it ran for about 5 seconds before it started sputtering and choked out, and it kept doing that every time I tried starting it. After some testing, I thought the MFI/MPI relay (right next to the ECU) was bad so I went and got one from a junk yard. I plugged in the new one and tried starting it, but it choked out right away. Now it wont start at all no matter which relay I use. The starter tried kicking over the engine but there's no gas. I really don't want to have to drop the tank and replace the pump. Does anybody have any ideas as to what it could be or what tests I can do to find out???? Could it possibly be the ISC or something else to do with the TB? I'm trying to find a way to test my ECU because I've already had one go bad on me, but it was different symptoms than this. Please, any help at all is wanted. I just started a new job and I really need my own car!!!!

What year and model Mits are we talking about. If its an early 90's model and you replaced the mfi relay because it was buzzing or clicking, you probably need an ECM.

It's a 91 Eclipse GS with the 4g63. I didn't hear any buzzing or clicking coming from the relay, but I found a thread on a different forum that told me to apply 12v to certain pins on the relay and then test other pins for continuity, so I did and I wasn't getting any readings so that's why I thought the relay was bad. Now that I've already got a 2nd relay and have the panels off, I can hear the relay click when I turn the key to 'start'. The other reason I think it might be the fuel pump is before this all started happening, I would hear the pump prime when I turned the key to 'on' before starting the car, but I don't hear that any more. I'm going to try opening the ECU on my next day off to check the capacitors, and I'm going to read up on checking the pressure at the rail. I do have a filter laying around so I'm going to change that out too to see if it helps at all.

The pump should not run until you are cranking the engine
