update I had my father in law look at the car and he told me to rev it up and let off the gas and this was done b4 it was warmed up and it woud spit out small puff of smoke. he seems to thank its the valve seals he said when you rev it up it bulds up a vacum and pulls the oil though the valve seals.

Does this sound about right?

Yeah thats sounds like a posibilty. Thats why I was wondering about your valve cover and if it had enough air to escape. I've seen some of the turbo engines with the valve cover all blocked off, doing what you have explained because of the vacuum. Since the air cant escape through a vent it forces itself (and some oil with) through the valves, even with good (and sometimes new) valve seals. I guess if your valve seals are bad, any vacuum would allow some oil to escape through them.
