The quick abc's and 123's about codes just because the o2 sensor throws on a light DOES NOT by any means says the o2 sensor is bad ..the sensor gives the ecm its readings the computer looks at it and figures if ti is in the correct parameter ...so ..you could be dumping too much fuel ..could have a bad catalytic converter could even have an exhaust leak, leaking injector,fouled spark plug etc...as well as many other things ..you need to follow the correct procedures before tossing in an o2 sensor the light may go out for a week and then you may end up saying AH the o2 went bad again ......once again a diagnostic tool would need to be hooked up to the vehicle and look at ALL the readings and make an educated decision from there .</P>
