Please tell me what the North American version of this Model is ..

I have an L200 4WD 2.5 (DHD common rail). I would like to buy a spare part from US. But, I do not know what this Model is called in US (North America). Please assist.

I have attached the photo of this car with this message.

Thank you for your reply.

Could you please tell me if any of the Brands (L200 families in the US) have the same Electric Mirrors (and Backlights) as the L200 4WD 2.5 (DHD common rail), European Version.
I would like to buy them if they do fit.
