Im having a bit of a problem at my local mitsibishi dealer and wanted to know if someone with a 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer ES could help me.

The problem is as follows: I have an automatic 2010 Lance ES and the red letters that light on the shifter (see attached picture) are no longer turnning on. The dealer is telling me that my year did not have that feature even though the 08, 09,11, and 12 do. what they want me to do is get proof that another 2010 lance ES has those lights if anyone could please PM and help me out with that I would really appreciate it.

I really dont know what else to do since i have already spoken to the service manager and they refurse to help me.
