Rear brake lines

Rear brake lines
2011 outlander diesel 4hn. Just failed MOT with rusty rear brake lines from the calliper to where it meets the main line,so I need two flexi pipes for each side and a few inches of metal pipe in between for each side,I can find the flexi pipe from the calliper but not the other flexi pipe, Any ideas thanks
