This is the 1.3 litre petrol engine.
The outer joint is out of the knockle but inner joint is still stuck in the transmission.
Isn't this a straight pull-out? There are no bolts nor flange at the inner end so i guess it should be possible to pull the axle as a complete unit. I'm aware about the inner joint can be pulled apart if i pull the axle so i grab the inner joint but it still will not move.

Any ideas?

 

You just need a pry bar to get in there and pop it out. They can be a pain a lot of the time, but with time just pry in between the transmission and the axle you are removing.
