Default shaking

my 91' eclipse is shaking, mainly when its reving lower, it shakes really bad, and i barely get any response from the gas pedal, then when it gets up around 3000-3500 rpms it stops until i have to shift again, then it shakes again.

Could be a missfire........Check you plugs and wires, replace them and let me know what happens.

could be just a suspension problem, is it an AWD. I had that problem with my talon. Try shifting the car at higher rpms, like around 4500 and see if it shakes after the shift.

i dont think its my suspension, its more like the engine shaking, so i'm going to take a look at my spark plugs and replace them if i have to, hopefully that will fix the problem

okay well i replaced the spark plugs, and it still shakes, it didn't fix anything, now it barely starts, and when it tries to warm up it will go up to 2000 rpms then drop and go back up again and drop again etc...

that sounds like a boost leak or a vented BOV

well you still can have a VAC leak and encounter the same symptoms.
