Hi I have a 1991 Eclipse 2.0 Automatic. It will not shift at all It is suck in Second or Third I dont know. What can I do to fix it.

 

Rebuild the transmission. If gears are stuck then the transmission is in need of some help.

Thanks But do you have any ideas what is wrong with it and how much it might cost or would it be cheaper to buy another transmission and put that in.

 

Unless you are very skilled with transmissions I wouldn't attempt to repair. Start looking for a rebuilt tranny to replace your old one. GOOGLE it bro. "Mitsubishi rebuilt transmissions", I found a ton of places and when you find one close to you ask if they install (if you dont know how) and remember there should be some sort of refund (core charge) for your old transmission, which they will rebuild and sell to someone else.
