Tailpipe Expander???

Has anyone had any experience with this tailpipe expander? Thinking about getting it.

i do not advise doing it this way. Also why do you need to use this? a muffler shop can also do this for you if you truely need it and it will be alot more precise and not risk damaging the pipes.
