Timing issue or something
My 3000gt just had the water pump and timing belt replaced, and now it woun't start. It ran for 12 hours just fine. I just shut it off in my driveway, and 30 minutes later, went to start it and it wouldn't start. Drained the battery,so,I checked EVERYTHING else, even cam sensor. Come to find out,the rear cam jumped 3 teeth out. Ok,but no belt shavings,no nothing. All the rest are in time. Just the rear cam is out. Also, the belt is plenty tight. I'm totally lost on this one here boys. Can the cam sheer the pin,and not be noticable from the outside? Any ideas?
