bought the 2013 Outtie GX4 12 months ago, beautiful car, exactly what I was looking for, all singing and dancing . Unfortunately the other day I gets into the car , starts it up and ... no sound from the Multi Media System. Sat-nav, radio, hard drive, cd all working, illuminated, a/c, volume control all indicating on the screen as running but no sound whatsoever. I have tried everything via the console, no sound, had it up to Warrington car audio workshop who had it about 10 minutes and told me that they pinged it and there seemed to be a fault that they could not solve so advised me to contact Mitsubishi main dealer which I did, Gallaghers of Warrington, I explained the problem to them, they told me that all they do is to replace the whole system at a cost of over £2000 as they-don’t do any repairs to the Rockford Fosgate MMCS e-06. If anyone can please give me some practical advice to resolve this problem I would very much be thankful as it seems to me that if everything is working on the system but no sound then surely I don’t need a whole new system ??.
