Default Water Leaking on Carpet- Passenger Side

I have an '02 Lancer ES, and water leaks onto the carpet on the passenger side. I have done some research and I think that it is something to do with a clogged drain hose that comes out the firewall. I think I have even found the hose, but I do not know how to clean it. Can someone help?

try blowing air into with an air line, thats how i cleaned my hose in my eclipse... if that doesnt work stick some sort of coat hanger or wire through it to push out to blockage

Man that almost sound like bad heater core. I just had to replace that. HAd to take th eentire dash apart. Dealer wanted $700 for this, I just bought the core for 80 and replace it myself.

Does it smell like antifreze? Does it fog up th ewindow or just water?

It doesn't smelll like anything, just water.

I'm no mechanic, but I have to fix it because I don't have the 1200 to 1500 dollars the dealer said it would take to fix. Is the drain that I am looking for a black rubber 'L' piece that is a pain in the rear to get at? If so, how do you get air into it? If not, where should I look.

I have a 02 lancer that I bought about 8 months ago, the other day I was driving and turned a corner heard a sound that sounded like a can spraying and then water began pouring in my floorboard on the passenger side. Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it? I drove approx. 1/4 mile before pulling over and had about 2 inches of water in the floorboard. I wet vacd it out and haven't ran the air since, it is HOT and I need help!!!
