Default blitz kit

I am new to this site, i just bought a 2003 GT eclipse, v6 5 speed with 55,000 miles for 6800. It already has a blitz body kit on it but the front is all cracked because of bottomin out and its fiber glass. What i was askin is does poly ureathane make that big of difference? which would you recommend?

Also how doyou mount the side skits? whats the best way?

Would really appreciate the help. thanks

I recomend factory bumpers and yes polyureathan is much better then fiberglass from what i have seen. As your car flexes when you drive it daily the fiberglass kit wont flex with it meaning it will develop stress cracks. This is why i recomend keeping it clean and factory.

Everybody and their brother has that ****ty Blitz kit on their Eclipses..so be different and get something else...My front clip is urethane and it is supposed to be a lot better than the fiberglass..I haven't bottomed out yet with it..I take all slopes at an angle to prevent that from happening and ****in up my paint..I have the Wings West Aggressor kit with the fangs on the front clip on my '99 GS-T and have been pretty happy with that...you don't see it that much on other cars...I like to be different LOL.

Dude i tell you what... if you find a full stock body for a 97-99 eclipse (skirts, both bumpers etc) i will send you my entire bodykit in perfect condition. The rear bumper is a one off custom made from 3 different bumpers.. and the front is the original limited edition Blitz that they no longer make... and i have never seen another.
