this question is for my girlfriend, she can't afford rims right now so I was thinking of paining them white to match her car. does anyone know how to paint hubcaps if you could give me a set of instructions i would really like that.

 

sand em down to roughen them up so they hold paint first, primer, paint, sand and paint again, clear coat is optional, but will look better with it........

 

i hate painting...... lol sand then prime sand that prime it once more sand again and then finish coat and then clear coat
