true though, i didnt think they had ANY power at all, no way is it (stock anyways ) gonna beat a turboed eclipse... unless it is like dusty said and the eclipse turned out to be a 420a with stickers on it lol

I took an 08 from work today and took it for a spin (had to get it filled up). its got lots of torque from a stop but you can tell from the first 3 seconds of flooring it that it cant keep up with an eclipse, none that ive driven anyway. in the end, its just another toyota

 

Guy is now on my list of complete idiots.

 

Guys chill with the bashing scion deal i didnt post that to get you to bash on scion just to prove that i know what im talking about...i love the gsx! I have an xB yes its not made for racing but i def love it but to each his own so no biggie...i have had a wrx sti, 07 vw gti, civic si so i def no about HP i just decided to get something real different for a change...i will be honest i love it but i do miss the HP and torque from my other cars but in the near future i will be in the market for another performance car. I just dont like the guys on the forum that think their cars are so quick mostly tC owners and xB2 owners.

 

would a 420a really lose to a xb? i raced a noen and a civic and won, the neon was no srt-4 and the civic looked like a econamy car not a ricer... lol im not braging about my 420a beating thous cars. but would a xb really beat a 420a. Id hate to try one and lose and be the laghing stock of the rolling refrigerator club. Its bad enuf that im the laghing stock of the eclipse club [sm=laughat.gif]
