Hi

1. AS&G flashes green for a short while when the ignition is on. Does this mean its enabled? Reason I ask is that it never seems to engage during driving. Engine still idles when stopped and in neutral. Wondering if the AS&G system is actually enabled, or if its faulty.
2. Are the mirror+window buttons in the drivers door illuminated when the lights are on. Mine are not, so wondering if I need to open it up to replace a blub,

if t does not work during a trip then get your battery checked. If the car senses a faulty or low battery then it will not authorise AS&G

Yes I think it may well be battery related.
Took it out for a long drive, and after half an hour, the AS&G started to kick in. At least I know the system is working.

Can anyone confirm if the drivers door windows+mirror switches are back-lit or not when the headlights are on?
