99-00 6g72 swap in 01 stratus???!

Would it be very difficult to swap an 01 stratus R/T engine (V6 3.0L sohc 6g72) for an 99-00 galant engine (V6 3.0L sohc 6g72)?? Or is this just not worth the hassle. Thanks for your help.
