Default Advice for altering my 99 Challenger

hey guys,

My challenger, although roomy, is a fair bit to small for me drive in comfortably, so i was wondering if its possible to get some differant seats put in, the stock ones arent very comfortable for a bloke my size, and my thighs are rammed and crammed into the steering wheel (before you ask, the wheel is as high as can go and the seat is as low to the floor as possible).

The second thing is, the steering is very loose, the wheel travels about 3-4 inches before the wheels actully move, can this be easily fixed so there isnt as much travel?

I also want to change the colour of my speedo, the backlighting is a offwhite, and i was wondering if its easy to change the colours. sounds abit vain but it drives me nuts.

Lastly, im thinking of slightly lowering and softening the suspension for a lower center of gravity and a more comfortable ride. I dont use it for 4WD other then dirt roads and such. Is there anything i should be concerned with if i do lower and soften?

I do imagine i could have worded this post better and sound possibly a little less nooby, but im to tired to tired to do any better!

Thanks for the help guys

If you lower it and you use it for off road you more likely to hit something under carriage or under your car like tree trunk, boulder or mud.

you need wheel alignment and check tie rod or bold joint or lower control arm they might be damage. I would prefer going to Monroe (like the monroe shocks) service station. they have mechanics expert in under carriage. I won't bring it to SEARS or Midas they only good in replacing your tires, brakes or minor tune up.
