Do any of you have bad experiences with C&C Service Centre?

I personally encounter one and would like to share with all of you and for your reference.

I send my car to C&C for regular servicing which i thought it should be very safe as they are the agent. But when i went to collect my car i found a small white spot which i thought is bird dropping on my bonnet initially thus i didn't make a complain and drove off my car.
While trying to clean away that bird dropping, that when i found out it was a chip off paint. Immediately i drove back to the service centre to make a complain. Thru and fro it took me about 30 mins.
But the staff denial it and keep on stressing i had already drove off my car.
about 10 min drove back.
about 10 min to notice the chip off paint while cleaning.
about 10 min drove back to Service centre.

By being a nice customer, 10 mins on the road and i have to bear all the consequences.
I strongly urge all to really inspect your car stringently before collecting your car.
So far i only had 2 servicing with C&C, both are unpleasant experiences.
These are my worst experience since i own a car.
If i was given a choice again, I WILL NEVER BUY ANY CAR FROM C&C.
