I don't have a carfax account, but it looks like a 1996 Eagle Talon thats Black and Red. Purchased first by Jose Campos in Hialeah, Florida. The original plates were WBH 60T which expired in Dec 2000. Most of the other records are out of date, so I can't help you much.
