Checking Ignition Timing on 4G64
Can someone please tell me how to check and adjust the base ignition timing on 97 galant. The service manual says to select function 17 in the scanner so that the ECU would not control the timing while that function is selected. Is there any jumper to connnect/disconnect if I don't have the scanner.
