The dealership I purchased my Outlander Sport in 2019 is now no longer servicing the brand. ( FL) I now have to go to a Chevy dealer in the area that says it performs some maintenance work

What is going on? Can my non- dealer service shop perform the maintenance work rot satisfy the warranty?

My dealer still services Mitsubishi but they changed their name with very little reference to Mitsubishi. Other dealers in my area will have the Mitsubishi sign but service and sell other brands,. Seems like a down slide with the brand. PS went to another Mitsubishi dealer to have an oil change then had a slight oil leak from the plug. Then I asked if they used a crush washer, they never heard of a Crush Washer if you can believe that. Imagine how many people leaving this dealer with leaks and never check. I Like the cars but getting frustrated with incompetent dealers. Only 3 dealers within 100 mile radius in my area.
