92 dodge ram 50, + 1200 bucks from ebay, some welding skills = 14.5ish pos sleeper truck.

Not the fastest car out there certainly, but the Thunderbird S/C 1989+ is not something you would not typically associate with being fast, but it did pretty well for it's time. 12psi boost from an Eaton supercharged V6 kept it up with the Camaro's and Mustangs without the cop factor.
