Require assistance, I have a 1997 Lancer Auto and it seems like it is starving for fuel. I have replaced the fuel pump; filters; changed the fuel & also cleaned the fuel lines and still having the same problem. It runs for a few seconds than stops. can anyone help

 

Does it run normally for a few seconds?
Does it start every time?
Have you actually hooked up a gauge and checked the fuel pressure?
