Default Hatchback problem

Hello,..
I was hoping someone could help me,.. I have a 2000 eclipse RS and I am attempting to change the hatchback lift springs. I disconnected the side attached to the hatchback first, but when I unscrewed the side anchored into the frame the nut behind the wall of the frame fell into oblivion.
There is no way to get inside, I've tried peeling back the seal of the back window, and pulling back the inside panel behind the back passenger window, but so far have not found a way to be able to access the other side of the wall to place the nut and screw the new hydraulic back in. Can someone help?
Thank you.
Jon
