Default High Mileage Evo's

time is flying by pretty fast and they say the average mileage a year for a car is almost 12,000 miles a year ...

the early model evo's are almost 4 years old ...

how reliable are they in the high mileage area? cause im noticing the price of evo's are still pretty high, but the cheaper ones are almost 90k miles .. are they worth it ?

how about the 70k areas?

Worth it still.

Just make sure the owner kept up with tranny/differential/transfer case flushes. Also the stock clutch doesn't last long when its beaten on, so make sure that has been changed once before.

As long as the kept up with the maintenance, and didnt beat on it too bad you should be in good shape. Lower mileage isn't always better, all comes down to the driving conditions.
