How good is the stock infinity amp underneath the passenger seat.like if i get some subs will it work and be nice

No. It's an amp for your stock infinity coaxials.

Bypass it and get a decent sub amp and a decent 4 channel amp for your highs and mids. Take out all the factory stuff, speakers and all.
