Default L200 Vibration

Good afternoon, I have a 06 Reg L200 4life. When I travel over 40-45 mph there is a vibration from underneath the vehicle. Below this speed the vehicle runs smooth. I have replaced the Transfer Gearbox Mounting as this was defective. I think it helped a bit by doing this but the problem is still there. Sometimes the vibration can be brought on by going over a bump in the road. After slowing down the vehicle the vibration disappears. The vibration sounds like the vehicle is travelling over a rough bit of road. Can anyone help? The propshaft uj's seem to be ok. How much play should be in the center bearing?

there should be no play in bearings.

Check oil levels, boxes, diffs, Wheel bearings, shaft hangers, engine mounts.
Id be thinking rear diff/crown wheel.

Also the drive shaft make sure it isn't loose or out of balance.
