Default Lock-up Torque Converter - All Gears?

Does anybody know if Colts from the 1980s or early 1990s had automatic transmissions that would lock up their torque converters in all forward speeds and not just in top gear? I remember an ad or brochure where that claim was made, but somebody says that it wasn't done in all speeds.

most mitsu 4 speed autos beging to lock up in 2nd gear. However, mitsus cars from that era never actually "fully" locked up, but aimed for a 50 RPM slip.

but to answer your question, yes, they lock up in all gears but first and reverse. Only after its met the criteria, though (which is the proper trans temp, load, speed, etc.etc.)
