NEED HELP

RE: NEED HELP
how long have you had it. most dealerships have a 72hr grace where they have to take it back, but other than that you're probably stuck. unless you want to trade it in but that looks baaaaad on the report card.

RE: NEED HELP
did you pay cash? if you didn't you had to get someone to loan you the money right? so you are paying them for the car and you decide you like this other car better right? so you go to dealer x and say I want to get this new car and trade in this car I don't want right? well you still have to prove your credit worthiness and pay for the first car. ok so let's say you paid 18000 for your eclipse you've paid 2- $400 payments less interest you still owe 17500 for the loan. when you drove it off the lot the car lost 2000-3000 in value. so dealer x will give you market value if you are lucky for the car you don't want. he gives you 12000 you still owe 17500 so they tack the 5500 difference onto the loan for the new car. so now you are basically paying for 1 1/2 cars and unless your credit is currently perfect you are not going to get a good interest rate. sorry but my advice is to either learn to like it or sell it out right and cut your losses then get the car you want. if you paid cash sell it or trade it in.

RE: NEED HELP
sell it private. if you trade it, the dealer will give you
madmat: "$12000" for it, and they will sell it for $15,500. so best bet is you sell it for that price so you don't have such a difference with your current loan...
if you don't mind me asking.. why don't you like it? (I don't care too much for the 3rd gen either.. but hey, im a DSM guy!)
